Here are a few updates about China's 3G Market.

DOW JONES NEWS (12/4) reports that a government minister said China will let telecom operators choose the 3G mobile-phone standard they deploy, as part of the country's commitments to the World Trade Organization.

ASIA PULSE (12/4) reports that foreign investors are likely to play a bigger role in China's telecom market and to participate more in the operation of the telecom business with the launching of 3G networks, according to one telecom expert.
