See what Mobilink is doing? I have recently come to know that they have crossed the 30 million mark...where they stand "quality of service" wise? Unfortunately, it is true that they are not following the regulations provided to them for operations, by PTA. When you call it "signing a deal", first you shall be able to improve your own services before pointing out and filing a complaint against some body else. I was able to find this info on my own also as well. Acctually I was hoping that a detailed report with many other KPIs listed would be available such as drop calls, access failures, blocking, data throughput etc. I aggree that the state of networks in Pakistan is not the best and needs to be improved upon.
