Wasim - the call forwarding services discussed in the pst are legal in Pakistan. Controversy is around calls TO pakistan.

I am not sure if this service is legalized in Pakistan or not. God forbids if somebody supplies you that service, and u will be paying bribe to agencies running after u for utilizing unauthorized service.

Most of call center shut down when voice service from Pakistan Internet Exchange PIE and FLAG setup was banned.

Some VOIP companies are authorize to provide u this facility, and charging very high. U can search names of companies from Google.

I liked callpak.net becasue its cheap , I switched from Call Pakistan Direct. CallPakistanDirect.com was realible and stable as compare to callpak.net

I found Vonics extremely expensive, check this website http://www.callpak.net they are cheap, quality is quite good. Its worth testing fir $14.99 with no activation fees.

Aslam-o-Alaikum: I am using Lahore No. in my home in Saudi Arabia. I had to get DSL (256 kbps) connection at my home for this purpose. So its running very successfully. But I wish to get Multan Local Number with economical charges (Line Rent & Outgoing). Please guide me, if you know such provider. Thanks & Allah Hafiz
