		<description>I completely agree. The protection for mobile consumers is almost non-existent. It will be hard to convince people to use m-commerce if companies cannot assure them about the security of transactions and there are not enough laws for consumer protection.</description>

		<description>Convenience comes with a risk. Mobile commerce is an idea I can really see catching on like wildfire, but I've had the unfortunate situation of losing a cell phone, and having someone buy a bunch of mp3s through my mobile phone. Not only did I get charged for the mp3s, I got charged for the bandwidth used to download the music (I didn't have an Internet service package). The convenience can be a pain if you're not careful.
