Will this service include Video Calling because the Nokia 3G sets with Double Camera have an option of Video call in wich both callers can see each other live in the Gulf counties like UAE KSA are using this technology

Is PTA planning to offer additional spectrum for these licenses? I fail to understand this as the operators can use the existing spectrum to offer 3G services and no new licenses will be needed.
