		<description>mobile companies should focus on their coverage and network availability. Moreover, they should also give incentives or atleast handsome package to their employees. All leading cellular companies are paying  very nominal salaries to their employees which can in no way be matched with their earnings.</description>

I would realy suggest to the major telecom companies to sublet to small investors for better services and expansion to farther Pakistani territories.
We all foreign residents would invest as owner-operator at a district level.
