i m Rizmeen Mushtaq. I m doing project on declining revenue in PTCL. As PTCL is considered very effective in its services. But it is facing a continuous decline in revenue. I m doing project on REASONS FOR REVENUE DECLINE IN PTCL.

PTCL is very rightly improving the old services and introducing the new i.e IPTV the latest. Since many of its efforts are in the stage of infancy particularly the working attitude but I hope once they reache their maturity the ptcl will be an unchanllengalbe entity in the field of ICT. I think ptcl have every thing but once we adopt a true customers care attitude and after sale and service customers followup we can not only effectively retain our customers, attract new customers and effectivly increase our revenues. It is just a matter of owning the ptcl’s goals and goodwill by the very tellented but misdirected staff. The future surely belong to a promising PTCL.
