Flare - July 2007 Issue
As I mentioned earlier, FLARE is one of the few (perhaps the only one?) media publication about Telecom in Pakistan which promotes free download of its digital version. It is particularly useful for expat Pakistanis. I have started reading the online version regularly now. For those interested in latest phones it has tons of ads plus a section devoted to phones and prices.
