Nauman! Despite of the fact that I have requested you so many times over the phone to give me the status of my refund, YOU ARE BADLY FAILED TO GIVE ME THE SATISFACTORY REPLY and always ended up saying that I’ll update up shortly. I challenge you that show me one phone call made on my cell and I’ll take my refund request back.

 

I got wateen Internet connection on 17th Aug’09, one of your colleague, I guess the name was Waseem gave me all sureties that my problem will be solved but he like you never answered my calls, I THINK EITHER YOU ARE ALL THE SAME OR YOU ARE TRAINED TO DO SO BY WATEEN. Anyways after an ill-mannered and ignorant behavior from you franchise (Rawalpindi) I decided to return the product and devise was returned within three days. I filled up the return form and got receiving from Mr. Rizwan Raja and handed over the form to him. He promised me and gave in writing that the refund will be done within 7 working days. (I think he wrote it wrong, it should be seven working months . . . lol, anyways six months has already been passed NOW). 

 

Despite of my several visits I got no satisfactory reply from your franchise and ultimately I met you and you said you don’t have my refund request form with you, I don’t know about my previous form but with your franchise attitude and behavior I can guess that, either it is used as a mop to clean tea or dust from your franchise or sold to some rathe wala.

 

Anyways I filled the form again on 30th Sep’09 and you have written down your cell # on the same paper in which I got receiving from Rizwan. So you can’t deny that and dated 30th sep&#039; 09, I have a proof in terms of your handwriting.

 

NOW IN TERMS OF MY RECENT CONVERSATION WITH YOU FOR MY REFUND, YOU ENDED UP GIVING ME THE TICKET # 564028. LISTEN NOMAN I DIDN’T ASKED FOR TICKET # I REQUESTED FOR MY REFUND, I NEED TO NOW THE STATUS OF MY REFUND, WHEN I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK, DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL IN SIMPLE URDU, THAT WHAT I ASKED, NOT THE TICKET #. AND STILL IF YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND THAT LET ME KNOW THE LANGUAGE YOU SPEAK I’LL TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU IN THAT LANGUAGE. COME ON MAN, “FOR CRYING OUT LOUD” WHAT TYPE OF PATHATIC CS WATEEN HAS. try using PTCL sick DSL or Mobilink&#039;s Stupid stupid and increadibly expensive with massive hidden charges &quot;Infinity&quot; and may be then you guys will fell better....
Please dont expect them to give you a pendora of excellent services in blink of an eye, they are trying their best, they have given you a thing which FFFFF.****** PTCL took 63 looooong years and still PTCL stutters in every field.
You think Wateen customer care sucks???? try infinity of ptcl customer care, you keep telling them that you are sick of PTCL broad band and no one will come to collect it and they will keep sending you the bill, I guess then you really come to know what the &quot;REAL&quot; customer care is... 
TRY Them... they;ll make you feel better...
