What a country is this. Here the rule is the protector of robbers while the people like us are the things of sale and purchas. Musharraf sold us to Etisalat like he sold Dr. Afiya Siddiqui to America. We have filed a Court case against PTCL. All of you are requested to support us morally and to pray for the justice. We want PTCL privatization case to be studied once again by the Chief Justice of Pakistan. Some facts regarding asset evaluation seems to be true. It is fact that asserts were not evaluated on current market basis, but on book value. There is big diference between two values. While if we evaluate post privatization scenario, new management seems to be visionless and do'nt know what to do?. The employees are confused about their jobs and the future. Employees hiring and turn over is high depicting Turbulent state of the company. Revenue is declining sharply. Customer's dissatisfaction level is high. Employees are highly demotivated and seems to be indifferent about their company and jobs. The only reason which I could understand is the policies of the management towards the employees.
