I have Bad experience of the recent PTCL Management, one: No one is attending telephone calls on 021 4638244 , 021 4613615 if then without listening it is diverted to Hakeem sahib, Shahid sahib etc. I tried following numbers too sdo1 majis esq 4613615, 4610015/14 sdo2 , 4610028, 4614994.
EX SDO Hafiz Sahib was a good listner & helpfull person, nut new SDO not available always at SITE, Beneath Staff disconnect calls despite various complaints. in past ISB/PTCL Managment /Authorities were also listeners & problem resolvers as had their E-mail addresses, this Management have not mentioned & not in contact through E-mails, Phones, Personnel Visits. My problem lasting since 3 years bad very bad since last 4 monrths, my phone NBr is 021 4630054 its Dead since 3 months , despite complaints no one attending it, lineman needs bribe of RS100-300 to rectify, others had paid & their phone is OK, for my official phone..? I dont want to pay bribe to release 021 463005. What about you to suggest.
