Its True that this service has been activated without consent of subscribers but it can be easily deactivated. But News clip seems to imply that for just hearing a message that callee can't be reached, Caller will be charged. Infact its a chance for him to leave a voice message for B-Party and He can be charged for that. I guess he will not be charged if he prefers not to leave a message. But i do have a problem with this service that Answering machine is activated after just 4 Rings. It should be more like 8-10 rings. This report and News Clip are being unfair to PTCL.
