		<description>There many who disagree to this but I think Mobilink's network is getting better. I've recently heard a lot of problems being faced by Ufone &#38; Telenor cusomers along with their CS center response time. If you call 111 or 111-300-300 you wil positivley get a CS rep on line without having to wait for a longer time contrary to what it used to be before. While there are many things still to improve but let's just give a round of appreciation to Mobilink on this achievement!
