I agree with Mr. Muhammad Imran.

LinkDOt Rather than spending should have concentrated on providing the service

Doesnt make sense to me to attract customer and than you are not able to provide service

i get within a week dsl connection other companies but with linkdot, i applied on March 30 and till 8 May, 2008 its still not active

today i have cancelled it

im very much satisfied with Maxcomm not only the service is good but above all customer and techincal support is excellent.

there is no such thing as customer service at linkdot

I am related with Internet/Network Field more then 6 years. I am sick of your company, really you have very bad services. I apply for dsl on 28 Feb, 2008 receipt no. is 4839. Still no reply from your side. I know if I apply any other company in Lahore I can get DLS max 5 days. I don’t what is doing your company. Your company cant fulfill the Lahore DSL user requirement, I don’t think so that you can cover the whole Pakistan. Every day your Sales follow up department give me new bogus excuse. And don’t you spend money on advertisement spend some investment for improvement of your work quality.

I request you please try to solve my problem, other wise give me my payment back. Then I can apply any other company PTCL also available in my area.

I hope Mobilink 2008 plans contain the “Men” employment factor within the Marketing function of the company. Well, Mobilink recently took over Dancom Online Services (DOLS) and launched it with the name of Link.net

Packages are good but i think we gona see more competition with forthcoming providers
