		<description>In addition to the two issues mentioned by you, 3G license cost is a big issue too. Furthermore, for countries like Pakistan, where macro-economic situation and literacy rate is not that great for the moment, spending so much money on 3G can be a waste of investment and may result in big losses for the cellular players who are already fighting really hard in a cut throat competitive environment. An alternate route for Pakistan can be to go directly on 4G (LTE etc) after 2-3 years.</description>
