These are HUGE boards and there are a number of them. The revenue is not put back into the taxpayers piggy bank ie un-auditable $$. This is on top of the other $$ being thrown into the pit without audit [sic]. When will the army realize that they are suppose to do only ONE thing, protect the damn borders, which they've failed in.
