Musharaf has not only deterioted the economy scale but also an indvidual's morale to advance. The dictatorship has ruined the business roots of Pakistan, making uncertanity all around. Just look at the stock exchange, since Musharaf illegaly took over the control of Pakistani government he along with Shaukat Aziz corrupted every instituion by supporting terrorist organization like MQM who sucked every single penny out of Karachi, the corporate hub of Pakistan.

No educated person will support dictatorship no matter how favourbale it looks. There is no good or bad military rule. Bunch of people who are assigned the task of security of the borders shouldn't interfere into the public affairs. The lal Masjid operation has put fear into the foreign investor ever since, if this can happen in the federal capital of the country, then there is no point to invest in these conditions.

The killer of innocent children of lal masjid, where each coffin was stuffed with 4 bodies, should be at the seat of President? This person should be hangged multiple times at each chowk of Pakistan for taking this country to an extent where basic thing like wheat is not in the reach of people, technology aside.

This bust aside ....what a waste of our money (for those that actually pay taxes!). Why the hell do we even have laws on banning VoIP traffic? So that a shabby deal between Musharaf and Etisalaat ensures PTCL remains afloat??

Our government is clueless on getting its priorities straight ...dont stick your head in the hole in the ground by banning VoIP and essentially guaranteeing the existence of "grey telephony". Think outside the box ...think long tail ...think entrepreneurial incentives etc etc.

If only this rant could change Pakistan (and the likes of PTA) for the better - wishful thinking on my part!
