Any type of efforts for the betterment of Mobilink and hard work is not acknowledged at any level.Favouritism can be seen at Managerial and head office level which is evident from the induction of new employees and vendors in technical logistics department. Despite huge savings by the team, employees are being suspected for corruption and other malpractices resulting in identity cards of the whole family of the technical logistics department have been demanded by Mr. Zaidi which is not true ethically, morally and is totally non-professional and this has never happened in any company. New hiring of disloyal and dishonest persons is also an example at higher pay scale despite company’s target of saving more and more through various means. The whole industry knows the reputation of Mr. Zaidi and his companions who are replacing the old team of technical logistics gradually. Mr.Zaidi must be asked by the higher management about justification of demanding identity cards of the whole family while the same team is doing its best possible by saving more and more in rent reduction project, employees should not be treated guilty for having cell site on their own land after huge saving by them for the company, for which employees are being blackmailed and are called to deal with director to settle the issue. Mr. Zaidi is just trying to show his efficiency by taking these non-professional steps and wants to show the loyalty to the higher management unlike his nature. The whole team is fed- up from his rude behavior and attitude. This can be verified from any Mobilinker.
