if a coustomer is using other connection than ufone is he or she can use the service of 420. becoz three numbers r teasing me alot. i m constsntly receving threats, abuses from three ufone numbers, i have complaint against them in the ufone office srdar road peshawar but all in veinn. now what should i do.

what should be the solution of my probelm

dear sir/madam

how r u?

i am facing problem from previous 72 hours,
problem is that “on sunday i subscribed ufone sms package by sending sms on 602 and has been deducted but my package is not activated till now”

i complained for four or five times but no body giving responce after listening

if you cont remove the complaints of your customers then you have to close your company

other companies providing services more quickly than you

other companies give responce within 24 hour at every cost and remove the complaints

Idiots in this country got easy access to the phone sims so easily just because mobile operators are hungry for money. They dont bother if a smaller retailer is sellign their sim connection without any verification of the client. and I blieve without providing the CNIC people are freely using the sims. This has given the junk callers a freedom to disturb anytime. and top of that these mobile operators are charging the customer for availing call blocking facility. Just a circle of Shit holes.

Yes there are such softwares but they require compatible phone sets. While not everyone have such sets.

So please try to appreciate if someone introduce a much needed service which doesn’t require any specific phone set.

you can download software from Nokia site. which have ability to block, auto reply, auto message and lot for incoming calls. That is totally free and easy to operate. No need to pay for call filtering at all. When open source softwares are available then why we run after service provider for same service and paid one.
