Picture Of The Month: Rabta Ghar

The picture, taken from PTA annual report 2007, shows your tax rupees at work (location unknown - any guess?). Launched last year by PTA in cooperation with others, the Rabta Ghar telecenters were supposed to provide telecommunication access and source of income for residents of remote, rural areas. I am curious to find out if this idea live up to the initial targets and expectations?
