Mobile Branding Through Retailers: Smart Move Or Marketing Overdose?
One wonders if mobile companies needed any more marketing. They are already all over the media and the commercial scene: tv, magazines, newspapers, billboards, banners. Now retail stores and shops have also “adopted” the mobile brands. I have seen Jazz, Ufone and Telenor. It is amusing to see fabric stores, toy stores and even doctor’s offices displaying the phone company brand signboards. But there is also this feeling that marketing by the phone comapnies is getting too much. What do you think?
