		<description>Thanks for your input, Sarah. I have encountered this message myeslf many times on many different provider networks (warid, mobilink, telenor). It seems to be network related. No point in expansion if you cannot serve your existing customers well.</description>

		<description>I think Telenor should first focus on providing a good service in areas that it is already serving. I have been using a Telenor connection for some time now but recently acquaintances, colleagues and friends have informed me that whenever they call me, they get a message that &#039;the number you have dialed is not responding at the moment&#039;, which is strange because i haven&#039;t been getting any calls! (And before anyone blames my phone: it&#039;s a brand new nokia express music phone with no problems.)</description>
