I have been using a Telenor connection for some time now but recently acquaintances, colleagues and friends have informed me that whenever they call me, they get a message that 'the number you have dialed is not responding at the moment', which is strange because i haven't been getting any calls! (And before anyone blames my phone: it's a brand new nokia express music phone with no problems.) I think Telenor should first focus on providing a good service in areas that it is already serving.
