Rates For Calling Pakistan Going Up Again

I received this notice from one of the calling card provider. I got confirmation from members of TGP that this is correct. Last time the rate increase happened in April of 2008. I wrote about that rate increase here. This means some teleocm (LDI) companies will benefit and Pakistanis aborad will pay more. There is no good justification for this rate hike and I consider it unfair. In another separate but related news, mobile companies are also trying to bump up their rates.
