the n97 comes to me as a big disappointment .. i was expecting a far better device from nokia than this .. ..

ive been using nokias since a little before 2000 and have always had the same idea abt them .. there just different casings with the same OS ...

the iphone.. thats a different story .. they were able to pull off something spectacular .. while it may not have all the features of a high end nokia but look at how effectively they were able to merge touch screens into a pocket size phone.. and a touchscreen which isnt useless like a htc/imate etc ..

A friend has a 5800 music express .. watever u call it .. i dint like it at all ..a lthough at first it appealed to me . but once i sat down with it .. its a bloody useless device .. and by the looks of it .. nokia has carried on alot of the 5800 to the n97 ..

i dont want to get into the debate whether this is better than the iphone or not .. but for now i have my eyes set on the Palm Pre.. now that is a phone which could very well be the iphone killer .. that is if they launch a gsm version soon
