If this is it when it comes to prepaid, then we are up for another mistake. The name some how won’t glow for the majority of the prepaid users. This can work as a DC to outfits like Octane and Djuice but not as a base prepaid brand.

I did it in a super quick way, so I was 50-50, but after the comments I feel confident on my analysis. Now the brand has attracted the crowd, now it needs to go to the most difficult step, which is to maintain the brand-ability in the market otherwise it could become a toast!

@B1, After all the marketing steps taken by Warid in the recent times, I was expecting Zem re branding. Nevertheless Glow is indeed a well formulated package. Especially the youth favorite SMS bundles are cheaper than at Zem. I my self have shifted to GLOW.
Arsalan I noticed the same of low media activity. I had a detailed go through of the package and evaluated this package from multiple aspects and I find the overall branding and linkage to youth lifestyle and integrated with their emotions, very well.
This actually seems to carry a higher potential than djuice- because this is slightly more at a lower-level understanding (meaning promotion would be understood by more youth then djuice) of the youth life style which is large in number then the djuice market.
At the same time I think it is a good idea to keep the media exposure low if they want to run Zem in parallel. All of this, if the marketing handles this properly and segments the market for this separate to zem.
However at the same time if the same effort was done to rebrand Zem it would have made more sense, you work on brands in a top-down fashion, your larger subscriber potential brands need more focus and then it flows accordingly to the smaller segment brands. Youth is important but not as important as the brand serving the masses. Atleast I as a marketing director would have personally focused on zem uplift more than anything.
