The Math Behind Ufone BayHisab Offer
Sounds like a great deal. Ufone’s Bayhisaab Offer – a daily subscription - give you 20 minutes of talk time Ufone to Ufone and unlimited SMS to any network for ONLY Rs.15.99 + tax. All good unless you realize that the Bayhisaab comes out to 500 messages. As Ufone puts it: Fair Use Policy is applicable, up to 500 SMS (250 On-net and 250 Off –net)
I have criticized other companies on this issue. I believe that such claims of unlimited or bayhisaab are misleading. For 98% of users, 500 daily sms are more than enough. Of course people who are heavy users of sms can find other packages by Ufone or Zong sms bundle etc (there are too many to list) which can give them a better deal over a month instead of subscribing to a daily package. So why is Ufone trying to claim something which its not really offering?

People Open ur eyes, there is NOTHING known as a FREE MEAL.
.
There is nothing as Unlimited , i remember zong unlimited internet package which eventually was launched for Rs.450/- was also unlimited Data Usage with 30 days, But then suddenly without any warning it limited to 2GB data usage and they again launched the package for almost more than 1200/- per month, SHAMELESS !!!

Mansoor – I guess the marketers decide to use their own definition for lifetime and unlimited. Consumers lose trust over time and eventually there is a backlash. The problem with advertising is that if one company starts, others follow. PTA should do something about it but its not high on their list.
The unlimited is always limited!
it’s like the “lifetime guarantee” given on Kingston RAM chips :) technically, the chips are guaranteed for 7 years only, but according to their research after that the chip would be useless anyway.
