I think now is the best time, PTA should announce a bid for 3G in Pakistan. We should compete with others by introducing & applying new technalogy in our Great home land.

Cell phones prove to be an escape for entertainment starved rural dwellers. With no or limited entertainment options, the added services are nothing short of a breath of fresh air.
Its look like PTCL Broadband covering a rurual areas of pakistan.
Hint: it has to do with entertainment and rural areas
It must have something to do with entrepreneurship related to ripping of crops using the cellular services.
easy access to cellular services…for sugar, you have to stand in long queues
