If you are residing abroad and have your SIMs issued against your National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), you can like NIC holders follow the link www.pta.gov.pk/668 in order to confirm the number of SIMs in your name.

In case the count of  Warid numbers exceeds the actual Warid numbers currently in your usage, WaridTel helps you correct you SIM information.

• Download and print the indemnity form.
• Fill the form with required details and forward scanned copies of below mentioned documents at overseas668@waridtel.com:
  1. Completely filled Indemnity Form
  2. Your NICOP (Both sides)
  3. Your Passport
• Do not forget to sign the form and that the signatures should be similar to the ones in your NICOP. Moreover, please countersign in case of any cutting / amendments on the form.

WaridTel will remove the numbers, other than the ones in your use within 48 hours and SIM information against your NICOP will be updated on www.pta.gov.pk/668 after 45 days of the application. A confirmation response will be provided to you within one working day of receiving the instructions.
