Careful About Jazz SMS Khazana
The recent offers from Mobilink; sim lagao, IDD call charges reduction, iTalk and iSMS were much appreciated because of their transparency not only in explaining the offer but giving details of all costs associated with it.
The latest from them is the Jazz Khazana, in which one gets a chance to win cash prizes by sending blank SMS to 5555 of Rs. 50,000 daily, Rs. 5,00,000 weekly and one may even get a chance to win the grand prize of Rs. 50,00,000. Their website gives details about the Mechanics, the Points Collection Criteria, the Eligibility Criteria & Rules, Bonus Points Criteria and Terms and Conditions all very clearly but hides the cost of sending the SMS in FAQs.
So for those who wish to take part in this game BE CAREFUL the cost of each SMS to 5555 is Rs 8 + tax.
I have not got a chance to check out their TVC so not sure if they mention about the cost in it but the banner on website surely does not.
I wish they could be more clear and transparent in their advertisement and realise that this will help them gain customers trust in their offers/products.

@Shahid, my point is of mentioning the cost clearly and not hiding it in the FAQs section, which by the majority goes unread.
I suggest you visit the website again, brother. I am using this service and I have so far gained 1,000 points and I got to know about the sms charges from their website. It is very clearly mentioned that the SMS charges are Rs. 8 Tax on their website.
It is good to provide information to people but at the same time it is very important to confirm the information we provide. I am using Mobilink Jazz for last 5 years now and I would say Mobilink is a great company and so far I have no complaints.

I am close to 1500 plus points ,the charges you did not mentioned now I saw on computer I will advise you to reduce the charges and winner to win on points basis like 15000 plus minus…..better reduce the charges and mention the Govt.Tax as it Zordari Govt..Lets hope good Regards

Jazz branding quality has certainly seen improvement in this one here since last campaigns. More crispy and knotted to local consumer taste.
