See this offer from Vonage, posted on the window of an Indo-Pak Supermarket in US. When will Vonage start offering this for Pakistan? Does this have anything to do with the termination rates in Pakistan? And oh yes, notice how the price changes after 6 months!

PTA like our govt is easily influenced by other telecom companies. So in order to protect the interests of these companies, not that of customers, PTA can do anything let alone increasing the termination rates.
