Al-Jazeera Covers Easypaisa
Easypaisa, since its launch has been covered by international media, newspapers and blogs. Few months back we shared the CNN review on Easypaisa. In this post we share a video report from Al-Jazeera.
The report briefly discusses the Easypaisa service and concerns on possible negative use of the service, which the Telenor executives dismiss.

It also says that Telenor is using its agents to sell “mobile phones”. Talk about being critical! =)
Well one thing is that with a single SMS (text message) you can do any transaction which isn’t really the case. It’s being done through USSD currently. Secondly, the report says that there’s no paper-work required. There’s still paper-work required (evident from the video).

The Telenor would dismiss that any suspicious activity could be done through that as they would keep the check but still that’s impossible to keep check as there are many ways to trick easy paisa executives.
