Who is Monitoring PTCL’s Quality of Service?
PTCL strike has been going on for over a month … where is customer service monitoring when we need it most? We were expecting PTA to be vigilant and take up this issue on behalf of consumers but we have not seen anything yet. The poll which we started a few days ago has provided overwhelming evidence that consumers are suffering and no one is listening.
It is ironic that Etisalat has been “nominated” for best brand while they have huge issues with their employees.
