Ufone Honours Team Pakistan’s Performance


The cricket fever is in on its height. We are set to play India in the semi-finals of the Cricket World Cup 2011, a match considered to be the mother of all games. In line to honour the Green Team’s performance in the World Cup, Ufone has announced cash prize for the Team members.

When the boys in green are ready to depart for battles on the field to prove to the world that they are the best. Hearts beating and prayers on the lips of millions of fans from Pakistan will follow them to every venue.

While others may be the cheerleaders for Team Pakistan, Ufone has taken the lead in truly motivating our team to perform their best and become the pride of Pakistan.

Ufone will offer Rs. 1 million each for extraordinary performances by our cricket players in the following categories:

  • Most Boundaries during the World Cup
  • Most Wickets during the World Cup
  • First Hat Trick during the World Cup

And for the team green supporters Ufone offers to win an IDEOS(Android) phone through lucky draw by participating in an SMS competition just by guessing the name of the Pakistan cricket team player in each of the above mentioned categories.

For First Hat-trick: You will be required to send SMS to 737 in the following format: HPlayer Name.

For Most Wicket Taker: You will be required to send SMS to 737 in the following format: WPlayer Name.

For Most Boundary Scorer: You will be required to send SMS to 737 in the following format: BPlayer Name.
