Cellular Operator – Less Than 50% Users Satisfied
According to recent opinion polls conducted by GALLUP PAKISTAN it comes to picture that 45% of Pakistanis are quite satisfied with their cellular operator while 13% express dissatisfaction.
In this poll, a nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces were asked the following question: “How satisfied or dissatisfied are you with your mobile phone operating company?” The results of the survey showed that only 13% were dissatisfied. On the other hand 45% expressed high satisfaction and 42% expressed partial satisfaction.
On a followup question, “What is the reason for your dissatisfaction with your mobile operator?” Most (45%) cited unclear voice as the reason followed by high call rates (30%), bad customer services (17%). 16 % said that other operators had better packages.
Despite being not satisfied or only partial satisfaction with their current mobile phone operator, merely 18% intend to switch from their current operator. The vast majority of 80% do not intend to switch their operator.

I am highly satisfied with Zong and Mobilink, upto 95%. Just Mobilink had 5% coverage issue and Zong 5% had Call Center bas services issue.

Customer Services & Voice both are huge issued but due to lack of knowledge on customers’ behalf Celcos dont give a damn to customers.
PTA needs to be vigilant and assess customer services and voice quality/ signal strength by having an audit through independent firms.
