Android App Makes Invisible Space Visible

Columbia Hubble Fellow Joshua Peek who studies gaseous structure of galaxies has collaborated with application developer, Xperia to make an app called The Invisible Universe.

Dr. Peek wanted to create a way for other people to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us, so he built an app that showed the heavens in all their invisible glory: Gamma rays, X-rays, optical, far infrared, and radio wavelengths.

Its a treat for anyone having an Android phone as you can see breathtaking sights which have always been right in front of you but you were unable to see them!
