Wateen: Hello Again
Pakistan’s first WiMax operator ‘Wateen’ is all geared up for a revamp/relaunch of their services. Wateen was also the pioneer operator to launch WiMax services around the globe. Since its launch, the company faced many issues with their product/services and also some management related. Last year they went ahead with IPO for survival and now with the winds of change they are back with a brand new management and a game plan claimed to surpass our expectations.
The message as appeared on print media teasers is as under:
We met back in 2007 as the pioneers of digital connectivity, we set out to connect all of Pakistan. Next came a bouquet of services for the demanding individual and modern enterprise.
Fast forward to 2011. We are ready to deliver like never before. We are back with a brand new management and a game plant to surpass your expectations.
These are exciting times – so hop on board as we take our converged media and communications solutions to next level.
So hello again… and let the good times begin.
