Android leads the market share in US
If there was a doubt that whether Android will be top the US market or not, well its been cleared out by Nielsen. Android currently rules the US market with majority of 51% while Apple follows it at 34%. Blackberry is the third largest Smartphone platform in the US with only 9%. Other like Windows Mobile, Windows Phone 7, Symbian and Palm OS have minority with 3%, 1.3%, 0.9%, 0.6% respectively.
