Toffee TV – Educational Platform for Kids Launched by Mobilink

[Press Release] Mobilink has launched Toffee TV in collaboration with The application will provide content exclusively designed for kids. . Mobilink has initiated the launch of Toffee TV application with the aim of encouraging the learning of Urdu language by kids through the use of interactive graphical content, stories, rhymes and learning activities. Toffee TV will provide videos, songs, rhymes and stories in Urdu which will help in learning of the Urdu language.

Aamer Manzoor Head of Data, Mobilink commenting on the launch of Toffee TV said,:

A statement on the Toffee TV website said:
We’re super-thrilled to announce our partnership with Mobilink! You can now use your Android Phone and PrePaid Mobilink connection to subscribe to ToffeeTV’s Android App and pay using your credit balance! With the expansion of 3G and the demand for localized content on the rise, the market for content such that is produced by ToffeeTV, is also in great demand.

Toffee TV Co-Founder and CEO Talea Zafar commented:

“Many users still don’t access a lot of great content because they don’t want to use their credit card online – Our partnership with Mobilink will hopefully allow more users to connect with our content.”

This application is available for prepaid customers who can download and subscribe to it on monthly basis. The subscription to this application allows parents and teachers to watch and download full-length ToffeeTV videos on their devices. The monthly subscription charges are PKR 100 plus tax.
