Huawei inaugurates high-tech service centre in Lahore
Lahore, 2nd May 2015 inauguration ceremony of Huawei’s new high-tech Service Centre was held at. Service centre was already open for customers so customers continued visiting with their problems before and after the official inauguration.An exclusive “Experience Zone” has also been created within this new centre where customers can get hand-on experience of Huawei devices.
Mr. Fanhong Bruce (Director Marketing), Fraz M Khan (Head of Marketing Huawei), Mr. Muzaffar Hyat Paracha (MD Ali Link) and MR. Arsalan Hayat Paracha (Chairman Air Link) were the chief guests. Mr. MR. Arsalan Hayat Paracha inaugurated the new high-tech Service Centre by cutting the red ribbon.
While addressing media Mr. Muzaffar Hyat Paracha said that Huawie’s primary focus is not just on launching as many products as possible with no customer support like other brands, we are working hard on after sales services to create a long term and sustainable relationship and bond with our most valued customers.
Huawei has also launched an android app “HiCare” which can be downloaded from Google Play Store for free, it will enable customers to benefit from common online services that include customer service, issue feedback, user guides, service centre and self –service.
